What happens after I place my order?

Once you have placed your online order you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of making your purchase please contact our Customer Service Team on 

Can I change or cancel my order after I place the order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order once it has been placed. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please ring our Customer Service Team before 10am the following business day on 0419 102 203. After this time, we are unable to cancel your order.

I have received the incorrect item.

Please email our Customer Service Team and advise the incorrect item/s you have received. We can organise for you to collect the correct items from your nearest store or alternatively, we can email you an Australia Post returns label which you can use to post the goods back to us at our expense. Please advise in your email which option you would prefer.

I haven't received all my items that I ordered

It is highly likely that your items have been sent from different locations and therefore could be arriving separately. If you have waited the full 7 business days and they still have not arrived, please contact our Customer Service Team.

What payment methods do you accept

All payments are processed through eWAY and accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also have Afterpay so you can shop now and pay later.

I didn't receive my invoice with my delivery

Your invoice should be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase. Please check your junk email before contacting our Customer Service Team whereby we can email you another copy.

DELIVERY: When can I expect my order?

Delivery can take between 2 – 7 business days via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Can I pay for the items to be sent via Express Post?

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping.

What is my tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post or our Customer Service Team advising you of your tracking number. If you have not received this email, please check your junk email or contact our Customer Service Team.

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Australia Post should leave a card in your mail box advising you that your items are awaiting collection at your nearest branch.

RETURNS: What is your online returns policy?

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Downloadable software products Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
